James E. Danner has
over 35 years of experience as a General Engineering Contractor
responsible for a broad range of Engineering Construction
projects.

Experience
Residential,
Commercial & Industrial Projects These projects focused on
Engineering Construction/Grading and include most of the major housing and
commercial developers in Southern California.
Environmental In 1983 Mr. Danner entered
into the environmental field contracting with the State of California on
their first California Superfund project, the McCall dumpsite in
Fullerton, California. This project required construction of an on-site
staging area for the disposal of 250,000 tons of hazardous waste that was
generated from the manufacture of aviation fuel in World War II. The total
value of the project was $2,000,000. Mr. Danner has also been active in
the design, procurement and execution of successful remediation
construction projects for the Department of Defense, Northrop Corporation,
Xerox Corporation, and a long list of other public and private
companies.
Project
Management
In addition to contracting, Mr. Danner has provided project management on
both construction and environmental projects. The most recent project was
a four-year permitting effort for the first hazardous waste incinerator in
California, located on an Indian reservation in San Diego county, CA. The
$95,000,000 project was a joint effort between W. R. Grace Company and Mr.
Danner. In 1993, Mr. Danner was instrumental in the development of a major
California Assembly Bill (AB240) that was passed to aid in the advancement
of this project. |
